#1 Billboard recording artist Christian de Mesones aka “Big New York” returns to The Birchmere with a dynamic new show! Described as “smooth grooves and funky soul with a Latin flair”, his original compositions feature some of the biggest names in smooth jazz, including legendary pianist Bob James. Dave Koz has featured Christian’s music on his syndicated show on SiriusXM radio and stated, “Christian de Mesones…remember that name. I think he’s going to be around for a while.” The lineup includes a mix of national and DMV heavy hitters including Jaared, Eddie Baccus, Jr., Craig Alston, Owen Adams, Carl “C-Man” Anderson, Mike Gamble, Michael “Arch” Thompson, Eddie Montalvo, and R&B vocal sensation Nes Powers, with more special guests to be announced. You don’t want to miss this vibrant evening of stellar musicianship!
